This year’s BAMMYs event celebrated some of the best real estate content of the year, including the funniest reels. And, just like last year, voting for the #1 video was tough

So, in true BAM fashion, we’re celebrating all the BAMMYs finalists here. There’s a reason we’re sharing this the day after Christmas, though. Holidays are full of magic, but they can also be plenty stressful with all the meal prep, shopping, wrapping, driving, etc.

And laughter, as we know, is medicine.

So, think of this as our post-Christmas TLC post from all of us here at BAM.

Take a moment to enjoy the grand tour.

Funniest Real Estate Reels of 2025

All BAMMYs winners are chosen live by agents during the show (Nobody’s paying for awards here).

The vote on this was close, but Michael D’Elena’s reel, beginning with the words, “If real estate videos were honest…” took the number one spot.

#1: Honest RE Video by Michael D’Elena

Michael D’Elena took all the tropes associated with salesy real estate videos and turned them into a parody that resonated so hard with our audience, it took home the win.

Tom Toole even commented on this one, saying “might be my favorite real estate video of the year.”

#2: Boomer FB by Sam Boyd

The long pause at the beginning is the first tip-off (and the first time I started laughing). Sam Boyd has captured the slip-ups that happen when someone is new to filming a video for social media and is not entirely sure how a finished reel should look. Or sound.

To be fair, boomers are not alone in this (I’m writing what I know).

#3: Door Stopper by Paula Waters

Paula Waters is making the best of a frustrating (and relatable) situation, using a door stopper to provide the perfect accompaniment for a rap song, all while showing off the immaculate wooden floors.

#4: Inspector Dad by Property Brothers-in-Law

If you know, you know. This reel by The Property-Brothers-in-Law is a tribute (of sorts) to the “inspector dad” who shows up at a listing as a fierce advocate for the buyers. It’s a caricature, of course, but it’s done so well, I almost feel like I’ve met this guy before.

#5: Mustache Sign by Michelle Shimohara

Michaelle Shimohara walks toward a For Sale sign and only when it’s up close do we see why. Someone has defaced the agent’s photo with a fake mustache, goatee, and glasses. Or so it seems.

#6: Lock Box by The Broke Agent

For every agent who’s known the exasperation of a frantic search for the lock box, The Broke Agent handpicked this one just for you.

#7: Only Fans by Kash Alavi

Kash Alavi posted the caption for this on the AI result of what he was modeling in the lower right corner:

“My wife thinks we’re rich from real estate. She doesn’t know I have 1.3M subs on OF thanks to AI”

#8: Honest Advice by Ross Matiya

Ross Matiya sat down for an unscripted interview about being a real estate agent, and his deadpan answers are painfully honest. You’ll either laugh or cry. Maybe both.

#9: Severance by Derrick Gregory

Derrick Gregory’s Severance parody reminds me how much longer we still have to wait for Season 3. But I forgive him because this is just too good not to watch over and over.

Share this one with your fellow Severance fans.

So, which ones are your favorites for 2025? If any of these got you laughing, head on over to IG and share some love with the creators.
