Don’t put her in the basement when she wants the penthouse of your heart.

Taylor Swift just finished weekend 1 of her wildly successful Eras Tour, which has us thinking about her $150 million real estate empire again. Since BAM’s last breakdown of Swift’s portfolio, it has already increased significantly in worth.

Here’s an overview of what Taylor Swift’s current real estate portfolio is worth today.

Taylor Swift has had her eye on real estate since the early years of her meteoric rise to fame, but perhaps her most famous home is this “saltbox house on the coast.”

The home was originally purchased for $17.75 million in 2013 and is now worth around $30 million.

This drastic appreciation in price can, in part, be credited to a song Taylor Swift released about the home in 2020 called “The Last Great American Dynasty.”

In the song, Swift fantasizes about the life of the home’s previous owner, American socialite Rebekah Harkness. It would definitely be weird for any other buyer to write music about a seller with whom they had no relationship, but I’m giving Taylor a pass.

Currently, the residence of Taylor Swift’s mother, this Greek Revival home is located in the highly sought-after Forest Hills neighborhood of Nashville. Originally bought by Swift in 2011 for $2.5 million, the mansion is now worth around $8 million, according to local market experts.

In 2015, Taylor Swift purchased the 11,000-square-foot Goldwyn estate, built by Hollywood producer Samuel Goldwyn, for $25 million. In 2017, it received the go-ahead to become a historic landmark and has been preserved and restored by Swift LLC to its original glory. Today, it is estimated to be worth $70 million.

In Taylor Swift’s 1989 Era, she released an entire album chronicling her love of New York City. Several purchases backed up this affection for the Big Apple during that time. Between 2014 and 2017, Swift spent north of $30 million on two penthouse units, a townhome, and an apartment in the city. The estimated value of her New York residences today is estimated to be around $47 million.

With the immense success of her Eras Tour, we can only wonder what her next real estate purchase will be!
