Two major MLSs have made announcements this week on efforts they’re making to improve transparency. NWMLS will not opt-in to NAR’s proposed settlement, and CRMLS has launched a new set of MLS fields: Concessions in Price (CiP).

Major MLSs, including CRMLS, Bright MLS, and MRED, settle in the Pocket Listing Lawsuit, which challenges NAR’s Clear Cooperation policy. NAR remains a defendant in the case.

Bright MLS, CRMLS, and BeachesMLS announced a national data share among the three organizations.
