When BAM hosts a virtual event, you know it’s going to be packed with mind-blowing conversations with top real estate professionals.

What you might not have known is that we pride ourselves on setting a particular mood for these events. It’s fun, it’s engaging, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. And music is a huge part of that.

Enter DJae Melee, aka Jason Palermo, who opened for BAMfest on April 17th. If you missed it, the whole replay is available on the BAMx platform.

But that’s not the only way you can enjoy his music-mixing skills. As he announced in a recent Instagram post, Palermo is offering “curated DJ sets” for open houses.

“I’m excited to announce I’ll be offering one-of-kind curated DJ sets for your client’s open house. This will be a NATIONWIDE offering. Want your listing, your client, your brand to stand out? Don’t just tell your clients about the entertainment features, show them.

“Details on what to expect and how to book arrive this week. Looking for an edge and want to book now? Contact me today.”

Why is this a big deal?

Open houses are a critical part of real estate marketing for listing agents. Homeowners want to know what a listing agent is prepared to do to get them the price they want for their home (if not more).

Hosting a memorable open house has always been a great way to get interested buyers in the door so they can imagine themselves as the new owner of your client’s home. And when you’re hosting, you’re responsible for the home’s general atmosphere. You’re setting a stage for buyers to see themselves living in that space. And music has always been one of the best ways to appeal to a buyer’s senses the moment they walk in the door.

So, if you could describe your client’s home, and a skilled DJ could create a curated music set for your open house and get visitors in a favorable mindset, what would that be worth to you?

More to the point, what could that be worth to your client?
