He also reviewed ATTOM’s Year-End Foreclosure Report, which shows 367,460 properties with filings in 2025, up 14% year over year but still far below pre-crash levels.
Byron wrapped up with mortgage applications data from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), with refinances jumping 20% week over week and purchase demand up 18% year over year as rates dipped to 6.16%.
