And to celebrate all that real estate professionals do, BoomTown is holding its third annual BoomTown Give Back Awards. Read on to learn how to nominate the most deserving agent you know while making a difference in the process.
BoomTown Give Back Awards
The BoomTown Give Back Awards are designed to celebrate agents who continually make an impact in the lives of others.
Real estate professionals are consistently going above and beyond to make a positive impact in their business and community, and we feel privileged to hear their stories, amplify their efforts, and celebrate their dedication for the third consecutive year. We are also excited to ‘pay it forward,’ and support the work of The Florida Realtors Disaster Relief Fund with every nomination we receive.
This year, there are three categories of BoomTown Give Back Awards:
- The Helping Hand Award – For those who jump into action to help friends, family, employees, another business, or the community.
- The Walk-The-Talk Award – For those who make charitable giving a part of their business.
- The Creative Changemaker Award – For those using their creativity to put an innovative spin on giving back.

Give Back with Every Nomination
Here’s the best part: you are giving back simply by nominating others!
BoomTown donates $10 for every nomination to the Florida Realtors® Disaster Relief Fund, which is helping realtors and their employees in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian.
It’s as important as ever to give back. Even if you aren’t able to donate yourself, every nomination makes an impact in Florida.
How to Nominate
To nominate yourself or another real estate agent for a BoomTown Give Back Award, head to the Give Back Awards site. Use the submission form to nominate someone deserving of the three Give Back awards.
The form is short and can be filled out in a matter of minutes. Simply include:
- Your name and contact information
- The name of the person you are nominating
- The award you want to nominate them for (from a dropdown list)
- The name of your nominee’s Real Estate business
- A few short sentences to describe why the nominee should win a Give Back Award
Not sure what award your chosen person should receive? Select ‘Not Sure – You Pick!’ to let BoomTown decide.
Feel free to repeat the process for as many different agents as you see fit. Remember—the more nominations received, the more BoomTown will donate to the Florida Realtors® Disaster Relief Fund.
Once nominations are closed, a panel of judges from BoomTownLOVE have the overwhelming task of selecting three winners, who will will be featured on social media and the BoomTown Give Back site. Each winner will also receive a $1,000 prize that can be donated to an organization of choice or used for something else.
