This week on The Walk Thru, BAM newcomer Tessa Bella and veteran guest moderator Jason Cassity join Captain Dan Oneil and The Broke Agent to discuss, first of all, a content revelation from The Broke Agent’s honeymoon.

Today’s second topic is the Boomer buyer takeover, which is what we’re calling the Baby Boomers’ recently becoming the biggest generation of homebuyers—outnumbering Millennials, who took the number one spot from 2014 to 2021.

Next up was another BAM piece on NAR’s latest Generational Trends Report, revealing what consumers of each and all generations actually want from real estate agents.

And finally, topic #4 is Meta Verified, after which the conversation wraps up with basketball predictions from all four.

Tune in to hear The Broke Agent’s eye-watering review of a meal he and his wife shared at the House of Ginger.
