This week, Zillow announced a partnership with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS), giving thousands of agents access to Zillow Showcase, the company’s premium listing platform.
The deal follows an earlier pilot program with HomeServices of America, BHHS’s parent company. And it reflects a broader trend of brokerages aligning with technology providers to expand digital marketing options for agents.
About the Zillow-BHHS Partnership
The agreement provides all U.S.-based BHHS agents with access to Zillow’s AI-powered premium listing experience, which features room-by-room photo galleries, interactive floor plans and more. According to Zillow, agents who use Showcase on their listings get more saves, views and shares on those listings, compared to non-Showcase listings nearby.
Vince Leisey, president of BHHS, emphasized the value of equipping agents with advanced tools.
“Our agents have quickly embraced Zillow Showcase, and we expect many more to do the same after our parent company received such strong interest in a similar program. We’re making Showcase available to our domestic network members to ensure they have the best tools at their fingertips to grow their businesses and get results for their clients.”
Bobbi Jo Price, vice president of Agent Sales at Zillow, pointed to the value Showcase brings to agents in any market condition.
“We’ve seen agents really lean into Showcase, because it helps them stand out, no matter what is happening in an agent’s market. Agents have told us how Showcase delivers through every step of the listing life cycle, from winning a listing to getting it in front of more buyers and helping homes sell faster.”
