I wonder if the folks at Spotify have any idea what they’ve done.

I’m talking, of course, about the annual Spotify Wrapped video they compile and send to every paying member. It’s taken on a life of its own, adopted by creators across industries. And in the case of some of our favorite real estate recap posts of 2025, each creator has left their own personal stamp on it.

But that’s not the only style of recap post we’re highlighting here.

Our top pick is a carousel by BAMMYs triple-finalist Selene Hanna, who compares a journal entry written last November with another she wrote one year later.

Next up is a highlight reel by Andrew Perrie, filled with pics highlighting personal and professional wins from the year, including the birth of an adorable new family member.

Then we had to shine a light on some of the best “Real Estate Wrapped” posts of 2025, each one taking the idea and making it their own.

Scroll on to see what we mean.

Selene Hanna: Journal Entries Carousel

The carousel opens, in Selene Hanna’s trademark style, with a photo of her smiling face.

In this case, the first thing we see is an image of Selene holding a bouquet of tulips and surrounded by the words, “A lot can change in 365 days.”

The post has over 1600 likes (at the time I’m writing this) and dozens of comments from viewers her post resonated with.

Aside from the scroll-stopping cover image, Selene’s slides highlighted her journal entry from one year ago (November 12, 2024), a second journal entry from a year later (November 12, 2025), and a smiling image post with her takeaway from the year.

And her parting message (in the description):

“If you needed a sign to start documenting your journey, this is it. Who knows what your life will look like a year from now when you dare to put it into words.”

Andrew Perrie: 2025 Highlight Reel

Andrew Perrie’s 2025 recap reel is a fast-paced visual slideshow of important moments from the year. His caption puts words to the images:

“From the highs of welcoming our 4th boy into our family, to the challenges of an unstable real estate market, health battles, and personal spiritual growth, it was a season of stretching and strengthening…”

The blended audio track brings in just enough emotional weight and lift to set off the reel and make it easy to watch on a loop.

Kelsey Easton: 2025 Wrapped—Austin Real Estate Edition

Kelsey Easton played the “Wrapped” theme like it was made for real estate. Like Selene Hanna’s post, this one opened with a welcoming image of her on the cover. From there, she dives right into the highlights:

  • Top streamed client lines
  • Top-selling genre
  • Zip codes with main character energy
  • Top trend of the year

Take a moment to click through. How many of those client lines have you heard this year?

Amanda Carolina Aguiar: 2025 Realtor Wrapped

Amanda Carolina Aguiar’s 2025 Realtor Wrapped carousel also leads with a smiling image of her on the cover.

Her caption announces, “My 2025 Realtor Wrapped is officially here,” almost as if she’s the one excitedly tapping in to enjoy the year’s highlights. Then there’s this:

“From the thousands of minutes spent in the car to the dozens of “We Got The Keys” celebrations, this year was an absolute movie.”

From there she takes the slides in a different direction:

  • Your Real Estate Aura: Magnetic and Devoted. You attract success by putting people first 24/7
  • 14,200 Minutes. That’s how long you spent in your car driving to showings…
  • 42 Families. You helped 42 families find their place in the world this year.
  • Your Top Tracks of 2025 (similar to Easton’s “top streamed client lines”)
  • The Artist of the Year: The Clients. You couldn’t have done it without them…

The final slide turns the focus forward:

“Ready for 2026? Let’s make your home goals the top hit of next year.”

Maddie Tran: My Real Estate 2025 Wrapped

Maddie Tran’s carousel opens with an image that resembles Spotify’s “Wrapped” opening—no image for this one, but the words “My Real Estate 2025 Wrapped” make the twist on Spotify’s annual recap impossible to miss.

No description for this one, either. As the cover image says, “Let’s dive into it!”

Slide two is where we get to see Maddie, with the announcement, “In March, I committed to real estate full-time!” So, the next several slides showcase the highlights from her first three quarters as an all-in real estate pro:

  • Favorite Sales of 2025
  • “I spent 27,628 minutes calling my mom…”
  • “I was in the top 0.9% of realtors who were told…”
  • Top Phrases of the Year (complete with memes)
  • Iconic Moments of 2025
  • My Top Collab of 2025

One of my favorite highlights from this: More than one of those slides feature Maddie’s number one business partner-slash-boss: her mom.

Whitney Proctor: 2025 Wrapped, Real Estate Edition

Finally, we bring you Whitney Proctor’s “2025 Wrapped, Real Estate Edition,” which features Whitney on the cover and a generous description highlighting the “best and worst parts of being in this industry.”

Here’s what Whitney highlighted in her slides:

  • 43 — families I got to help buy or sell this year
  • That means I helped someone secure a contract every 8.4 [days] in 2025
  • 16 — families I helped relocate from another area to the greater Chattanooga / Cleveland region
  • Favorite moments (5)

She wraps up with a thank you message, positioned below another smiling image of her.

So, what do you think? Which of these posts have given you ideas for your own year-end recap post as a real estate agent?
