Today at eXpcon Miami, eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja and CMO Wendy Forsythe took the main stage to announce what Pareja called “a massive competitive advantage for our agents.”

With more than 4,500 attendees from 32 countries, Pareja and Forsythe delivered a rapid-fire series of innovations that signal eXp’s continued push to keep its agents on the cutting edge of AI, design, and global growth.

Mira AI Assistant

Pareja and Forsythe revealed the day’s headliner: Mira, an advanced AI-powered business assistant that gives agents instant visibility into their production, commissions, and organization health.

Accessible by voice or text in English, French, and Spanish, Mira integrates directly with eXp’s proprietary data systems. Agents can check their cap status, monitor revenue-share progress, and view upcoming payouts instantly, with no separate log-ins or spreadsheets required.

During the video demo, Pareja prompted Mira to reveal his top three agents by volume, and the system responded instantly.

The crowd erupted when Pareja added this from the stage:

“By the way, it’s live right now. Just scan the QR code… you can go and use it today.”

Forsythe followed with what many in the audience were thinking:

“Somebody asked me before we started, ‘Wendy, I wish we could just have one place where we could find everything.’ Well… just wait a few minutes.”

That “one place” is now Mira, officially available in beta at mira.exprealty.com for agents.

eXp University Expands AI Training with NeXt Agent Accelerator

During the session, Pareja also announced the NeXt Agent AI Accelerator Series, an eight-week, free training program designed to teach agents how to master automation and integrate AI into their daily workflow.

“We’ve designed the AI Accelerator—think Fast Track for AI,” Pareja said. “These 11 talented trainers are going to help you figure out how to use it, when to use it, how to marry it with social and CRM and attraction and transactions.”

Hosted by eXp University, the series will teach agents how to automate marketing, master AI delegation, and build systems that run while they sleep.  Each live session focuses on helping agents replace busywork with scalable systems, turning “work smarter, not harder” into a tangible business model.

Additional Announcements: Canva, Luxury, and Global Connections

Forsythe also took a moment to spotlight the design and marketing success of eXp agents since last year’s major rollout of Canva Enterprise Pro accounts.

“Before the end of the year, in Canva, you’ll be able to add your own personal brand kits… your own personal Canva agent brand kits.”

That update builds on the million and a half Canva designs eXp agents have created over the past year, making them the most active enterprise client on the platform.

She then unveiled a new specialty under eXp Luxury: the Sports & Entertainment Division, serving athletes, entertainers, and high-profile clientele. Agents were invited to meet founding members in the luxury lounge immediately following the session.

On the global side, Forsythe shared that eXp’s Global Referral Platform has now facilitated more than 70,000 referrals worldwide, supported by a new conference feature that allows every attendee to download a personalized QR code linking directly to their global profile for instant connections.

A Legacy of Innovation

The session closed with a standing ovation for eXp founder Glenn Sanford, who received recognition for 16 years of innovation.

“It is our 16th birthday… Glenn’s vision has disrupted and changed the entire industry,” said Pareja.

And his innovation continues to come through. When Facebook Workplace shut down earlier this year, Sanford didn’t wait for a replacement. He built one. Pareja revealed that Sanford personally “vibe-coded something by himself,” a rebuilt community platform now live in beta at hub.exprealty.com.

That led to a major takeaway from the morning session, which included conversations on everything from building communities to YouTube to AI:

“Once upon a time, when he and I wanted to build tech, we had to go to an engineer,” Pareja said. “Now, you’re all empowered.”

From Sanford’s code to Mira’s launch, the message was clear: eXp’s legacy isn’t in what it’s built. It’s in how it keeps building.
