There are countless apps and platforms out there for real estate agents. And after years of testing a wide variety of them, here are five I’m actively using in my business today.
As we approach the final quarter of the year, this is a wonderful opportunity to start beta testing new tools you can integrate into your workflow for a successful launch in 2025.
Whether you’re still searching for the right CRM, need a reliable app for transaction management, or want a simple solution for graphic design, task management, or video editing, these five apps are intuitive, efficient, and guaranteed to save you hours each week.
Let’s dive in.
#1: Mosaik
There’s a reason Mosaik is at the top of my list. We’re relying heavily on it for transaction management, and it’s become an all-in-one solution that covers multiple aspects of our business.
Frankly, Mosaik handles so many tasks at once, it feels like it’s doing the work of several different tools (which is definitely not a bad thing). If you’re looking for a platform that can streamline your operations, I highly recommend giving it a try.
#2: Sierra Interactive
Sierra Interactive is the CRM we’re currently using, and for good reason. One of the features I appreciate most is how beautifully it displays single-property websites, which enhances the way we present listings to clients. It also makes it easy to set up automations and workflows, making our day-to-day operations far more efficient.
With so many CRMs available, it can be overwhelming to choose the right one. But after trying several, Sierra stands out, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, feature-rich CRM.
#3: Monday.com
Monday.com is a task management software, much like Asana and other competitors, but it’s become an essential part of how my team operates. We use it for managing property listing checklists and staying on top of the content we’re regularly producing and publishing.
If you’re creating content on a frequent basis or managing multiple projects at once, I highly recommend getting Monday—or a similar task management platform—to keep everything organized and running smoothly. It’s been a game changer for us.
#4: Canva
Canva is obviously the watered-down version of Photoshop, but truly we are leaning on it for thumbnails, graphics, postcards, everything. It’s feature-rich and user-friendly, especially if you’re new to graphic design or you just don’t want to spend a huge amount of time on it.
Canva is a no-brainer. Pay the $120 for the annual Pro subscription (or $15 a month) and get all the features. Totally worth it.
#5: Video editing software
When it comes to video editing, we use CapCut when we’re on the go for quick, mobile-friendly edits. For more polished projects at the desk, Adobe Premiere Pro is our go-to. For 360-degree video content, Insta360’s native software handles the job perfectly, and for photography, Adobe Lightroom is the tool I recommend if you’re working from your desktop.
There are, of course, plenty of versions and alternatives for every one of these apps. These are the five platforms we rely on for different parts of our business.
I’m curious what you guys are using in your business. So, send me a DM and tell me what you’d recommend. And if you think any of these resources would be helpful to another agent, make sure to share this with somebody you know.
