  • Personal: where you’re from, coffee order, daily habits
  • Professional: what you notice in a home, common buyer mistakes
  • Opinion-based: overrated features, local myths

Here are some guidelines to follow when creating a post like Zarina’s: 

  • Keep your answers short. One line is enough. If you feel the urge to explain, you’re probably saying too much.
  • Be intentional with what you say. Each answer should reflect how you work with clients or how you think about the market. A throwaway answer is a missed opportunity.
  • Add movement to the video. Change your location, shift positions, or walk between shots. It keeps the pacing tight and makes the reel easier to watch all the way through.
  • Use on-screen text for every question and answer. A lot of people will watch without sound, and this makes sure your message still lands.
  • Focus on being clear and real. You don’t need perfect delivery. You just need to sound like you. 

This kind of content sticks because it feels real. It gives people a quick sense of who you are, and that’s often all it takes for someone to reach out.
