T3 Sixty’s 2025 Mega 1000 rankings reveal Compass remains the No. 1 brokerage with $231B in sales volume, widening its lead over Anywhere Advisors. The Real Brokerage surged to No. 5 after doubling its sales, while Side and Peerage Realty Partners broke into the top 10.

Details of the Anywhere and RE/MAX settlements reveal two more no-confidence vote in the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Anywhere will no longer require any of its brokerages or agents to belong to NAR or adhere to NAR’s Code of Ethics or MLS Handbook.
Anywhere has agreed to settle both class action lawsuits challenging the current system for buyer agent commissions. Other defendants, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), RE/MAX, and Keller Williams are still set to go to trial.
Anywhere Real Estate announced a round of layoffs and the end of its iBuyer, RealSure. Zillow and Redfin also shut down their iBuyer programs in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
