One of the sharpest operators in real estate just joined forces with two of the most influential names in entrepreneurship.

Sharran Srivatsaa, former President of Real Brokerage, is officially the new Managing Partner and President of Acquisition.com, joining Alex Hormozi and Leila Hormozi to scale their company and expand the reach of one of the fastest-growing business platforms in the world.

If you’ve followed the Hormozis, you know what they’ve built:

  • A $250M+ annual revenue portfolio
  • Millions of followers absorbing every lesson on offers, infrastructure, and scale
  • A brand that dominates every corner of the business education world

What they just added is the guy who scaled a brokerage from $200 million to over $1 billion in market cap in just over two years.

From Real to Acquisition.com

Just three months ago, Sharran announced he’d be stepping down as President of Real Brokerage, transitioning to a strategic role on the company’s Board of Directors. During his time as Real President, he:

  • More than tripled agent count in two years (6,800 → 26,000)
  • Helped Real hit $1.26B in revenue in 2024
  • Delivered over 60 keynotes in Q4 alone
  • Became one of the most sought-after educators in the entire real estate industry

Aside from that, Sharran has successfully exited five companies. He scaled Teles Properties from $300 million to $3.4 billion in volume and sold it to Douglas Elliman. He also ran Srilo Capital, investing in private equity, tech, and real estate.

If you’ve ever heard him speak, listened to his podcast, or consumed his content, you know the deal: he simplifies complexity, builds systems that scale, and teaches from experience.

Now, he’s bringing all of that to Acquisition.com.

What to Expect from ACQ

In his announcement post, Hormozi said,

“We’re starting a Behind Closed Doors podcast for those of you who like the more advanced stuff (think higher level ops, org design, investing, private equity, real estate, alternative assets, etc)”

In other words, the 8-figure playbook is about to get real.

For real estate agents, that doesn’t mean the door is closing. Sharran has already built a deep library of free content, including webinars, keynotes, Instagram playbooks, and his Future Proof community, that will continue to serve agents in any market.

And if you keep following him, you won’t just see what growth looks like in real estate. You’ll see how it’s built across every vertical.

The MJ Comparison Still Stands

When Srivatsaa announced he was transitioning to the board at Real, we wrote:

“Like Michael Jordan in his prime, he’s stepping away from his president role at a peak moment, having led Real to heights no other brokerage has achieved in such a short time.”

Turns out, MJ didn’t retire.

He signed with a bigger team.

And we can’t wait to watch what happens next.
