Real estate agents often go above and beyond for their clients. We’ve all seen social media posts of agents cleaning out a house at the final walk-through or shoveling the driveway before a showing. 

But this story from Derrick Gregory takes the cake.

Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Horror Story

Derrick’s story starts when he gets a call from out-of-town buyers ready to fly in to look at multi-million dollar properties. They plan to put an all-cash offer on a home, and they want to work with Derrick. 

But the day of showings doesn’t exactly go as planned. 

It’s filled with things most of us have nightmares about: severe food poisoning (and all the vomiting and sweating that comes with it), soiled pants, getting pulled over by a cop, and a bathroom outfit change…all in one day.

Anything for that commission check, right? Especially when the commission in question is $175,000. 

Like Derrick says in his show description, this wasn’t his finest moment. But he kept it 100, and we can confirm, it is well worth the watch:
