Mosaik has officially gone global.

The U.S.-based client experience and homeownership engagement platform announced its expansion into Australia, marking its first international market entry.

According to a company release, this move is a response to growing worldwide demand for technology that helps real estate professionals support clients through every stage of property ownership.

Founded to help agents deliver a more transparent and personalized experience, Mosaik equips brokerages and teams with a suite of digital tools designed to strengthen relationships long after closing.

The platform has already gained traction across the United States and is now taking its model abroad to meet a rising wave of consumer expectations.

A New Era for Client Experience in Australia

Mosaik’s expansion follows increasing inbound interest from Australian agents looking to modernize their client experience and elevate their value proposition.

The company’s launch in Australia introduces a new framework for how client relationships are built, nurtured, and sustained over time.

In its U.S. model, Mosaik enables agents to guide buyers, vendors, and homeowners with greater precision and visibility throughout the sales campaign and settlement process. Beyond the transaction, it continues to provide value through homeowner engagement features such as:

  • Council rate reminders
  • Seasonal maintenance updates
  • Portfolio insights
  • Long-term ownership guidance

By helping agents stay connected beyond the sale, these tools are designed to drive repeat business, referrals, and future listings.

CEO Sheila Reddy on the Global Shift in Homeownership

Sheila Reddy, CEO of Mosaik, says the timing of the expansion reflects broader challenges facing homeowners and the professionals who serve them.

“Homeownership has become increasingly complex in the U.S., Australia and across the globe. Whether it’s the challenge of attaining ownership for the first time, transitioning as life circumstances change or managing a property in a shifting market, buyers, vendors and homeowners need expert advice and ongoing support more than ever.

“Mosaik gives agents the digital infrastructure to provide that support at scale and to transform transactional relationships into lifelong advisory ones.”

According to Reddy, the company’s growth into Australia isn’t just about expanding its footprint. It’s about redefining how real estate professionals approach long-term service and client trust.

“This isn’t just another proptech expansion,” Reddy added. “It’s the beginning of a new standard for client experience, one where the relationship doesn’t end at settlement.”

Early Access in 2026

Mosaik plans to begin offering early access to a select group of client-centric founding agents and agencies in Australia.

These early adopters will have the opportunity to integrate Mosaik’s client experience and homeownership engagement infrastructure before its broader rollout in 2026.

The company says these founding partners will gain a competitive advantage by being among the first to adopt the platform’s new tools and processes for client transparency and retention.

Interested agents and agencies can register for early access at www.mosaik.io/australia.
