Set to launch in Q1 2023, Nestfully is a new portal designed to provide consumers with pristine listing data.
Zillow was the first to focus on the consumer. And while it may sound like Nestfully is providing the same information, there are some key differences.
One, in particular, is sure to excite brokerages.
On January 24, California Regional MLS (CRMLS), REcolorado and Bright MLS made an official announcement for their new consumer portal, Nestfully. Among the three initial participants, there are 240,000 agent and brokerage subscribers whose annual sales topped $280 billion in 2022.
Launching this quarter, Nestfully is designed for consumers—providing them with the same information that agents and brokers use daily. The “differentiated search experience” is meant to coincide with how homebuyers search for properties.
A consumer-first orientation was at the top of our list when we designed Nestfully. Nestfully is world-class and feature rich. We cannot wait to show it to consumers and brokerages alike.
Users will be able to:
- Use filters to create searches based on individual unique needs
- Schedule a showing, and
- Directly ask the listing agent questions about homes that interest them
On launch, Nestfully will offer the most up-to-date listing and just-sold information on desktop, mobile, and apps for native iOS and Android.
Consumers will get the freshest information at their fingertips, optimized for mobile viewing, so they’ll be able to make educated decisions about homes they’re considering quickly and efficiently.
Designed and Run by the Residential Real Estate Industry
Unlike other consumer portals, Nestfully is designed and run by the residential real estate industry.
The user interface was developed by founding MLSs, with technology services provided by Constellation1, providers of front office, back office and data services to brokerages, franchise associations, MLSs and proptech companies.
With Nestfully, Constellation1 is looking forward to providing a smoother real estate experience for consumers, one powered by brokers and MLSs. Together, we are going to drive forward the consumer experience for the benefit of consumers, brokerages and agents.
Nestfully aims to Serve Consumers—and the Brokerage Community
While Nestfully is a portal for consumers, it is also setting out to serve the brokerage community, allowing for seamless integration with their existing tools. It will, of course, also adhere to all Fair Display guidelines, providing fair and equal access to housing “straight from the source used by real estate pros.”
Perhaps most notably for agents and brokers—leads will be provided to brokerages at no cost, “saving them millions on annual referral fees while delivering a more seamless real estate experience for the consumer.”
We don’t expect Zillow to follow suit.
