With the Masters Tournament going on, the search for golf simulators is on the up.

And while you can’t promise homeowners that adding one to their home will boost the final sale price by even a slight margin, this is definitely a feature that speaks to fellow golf enthusiasts searching for their next home.

Plus, it makes for a top-tier entertainment spot (when done correctly), as well as a fun family space. But it’s not immediately obvious how to make it work—and what to avoid.

This collab post with Brad McCallum shows exactly how it’s done. He even shares the exact equipment he bought and the changes he made to turn a room in his home into the ultimate immersive golf escape, complete with stadium seating and surround sound.

So, what do you think? Do you agree with McCallum that this could be the #1 home design trend of 2025? And would you pay extra for a home with a set-up like his?

Head on over to Instagram and share your thoughts.
