Real agents in Las Vegas got their first look at the next generation of the company’s AI on Tuesday.

During the General Session at RISE, Real’s annual agent conference, The Real Brokerage Inc. unveiled Leo Pro, an AI platform built to take on the day-to-day work of running a real estate business.

Agents don’t need to pick AI models or write prompts to use it. Leo Pro figures out what each task needs and coordinates the work behind the scenes.

So what can it do for an agent on a regular workday, and how much say does the agent keep?

Read on for a breakdown of Leo Pro and its new features, along with Instagram posts from agents using it. We’ll cap it with a few more announcements from Real RISE.

What Leo Pro Does for Agents

Leo Pro runs inside reZEN, Real’s in-house operating system for agents, and connects to the systems agents use every day. An agent tells Leo Pro what needs to get done, and the platform picks the right tools and handles the coordination.

Real lists a wide range of jobs Leo Pro can take on:

  • Turning property photos into cinematic video tours
  • Creating social media content to promote listings
  • Building marketing materials tailored to an agent’s business
  • Spotting CRM contacts who are most likely to move and following up with prospects based on the agent’s preferences
  • Booking showings and sharing properties that match saved searches
  • Preparing listing presentations
  • Automating tasks throughout a transaction

Leo-Pro-1

Leo Pro keeps working while agents are with clients or away from the office. Before it takes any important action, it checks with the agent for approval.

Tamir Poleg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Real REMAX Group, framed the launch around giving agents more room to focus on their clients.

“Technology should make agents more capable, not less important. The future we’re building for our agents and the industry is one where technology takes more of the operational burden off agents’ shoulders, giving them more freedom to focus on the clients, relationships and decisions that drive their businesses.”

Pritesh Damani, Chief Technology Officer for Real REMAX Group, spoke to a worry a lot of agents have about AI: whether it’s coming for their jobs.

“Leo Pro is not here to replace the real estate agent. It’s here to make the agent more powerful. Leo Pro can take a request, figure out what needs to happen and coordinate the work across the tools an agent already uses. It can turn leads into new opportunities, answer questions, move deals forward and keep work progressing when an agent is focused elsewhere. The goal is simple: You ask, and Leo Pro gets the work done.”

New Leo Pro Capabilities Launching at RISE

Real rolled out four new Leo Pro capabilities at the conference.

Leo Pro AI Agents is a library of AI agents built around the work of a real estate business, like marketing, listings, transactions and business operations. In this case, an AI agent is an AI tool built to handle a specific type of job. Agents tell Leo Pro what they need, and it decides which AI agents and models fit the task.

Here’s where the library stands at launch:

  • More than three dozen AI agents available today
  • More capabilities being added over time
  • Powered by Leo Tokens, which let agents pay for the work they need without paying for software they may not use

Leo-Pro-2

Leo Pro AI Builder lets agents and teams build their own AI agents without writing any code. They can turn their workflows and processes into custom AI tools that run on the same foundation as Leo.

Starting at RISE, it’s available to all agents, who can build and test AI agents that fit the way they run their businesses.

Leo Pro Voice, available for the first time at RISE, lets agents talk with Leo Pro the way they’d talk with an assistant. They can talk through tasks and give approvals without stopping to type. Real built it for use between appointments and while agents are on the go.

Leo-Pro-3

Leo Pro AiRM connects an agent’s CRM to Leo Pro and brings AI-powered lead follow-up into the workflow the agent has in place.

Once it’s connected, Leo Pro can:

  • Follow up with leads
  • Re-engage prospects who’ve gone cold
  • Keep conversations moving and pull them into a single inbox
  • Combine CRM data with property and ownership information to surface contacts who may be ready to move
  • Give the agent context on how and why to reach out to those contacts

How Agents Are Using Leo Pro on Instagram

Calgary-based Real broker Leane EL Haddaoui is already using Leo Pro to create Instagram reels that look and sound like she made them from scratch.

Here’s her October market update reel:

Kristy Chen created this Instagram reel for her Mandarin-speaking audience:

We’re also highlighting two Real brokers who jumped right into Leo Pro and created reels to share their impressions of it. Amy Youngren, team leader for Real, talks about how Leo Pro has become her go-to assistant when she gets calls from agents at 9 pm on a Sunday:

After using Leo Pro’s transaction agent to fill out his first deal, Jesse Peters, a Real broker based in Winnipeg, MB, has this to say about it:

Leo Pro is available to Real agents at $9.99 a month during the launch and $19.99 a month afterwards.

More News From Real at RISE

Real had two more announcements at RISE. One is for clients, and the other is for agent referrals.

HeyLeo

HeyLeo.com, which Real first announced in 2025, gives agents an AI home-search concierge they can offer their clients. On the website or the HeyLeo app, clients can search for homes and get answers to their questions. Leo can help them take the next step, like scheduling a showing, while the agent stays informed and knows when to step in.

The expanded HeyLeo experience adds these features:

  • Leo Line, a dedicated number clients can text to reach their agent
  • SMS notifications for new leads and conversations
  • Persistent consumer accounts that keep the context of a client’s interactions
  • Agent-Run Search & Send, which lets agents pick properties and send them from a Leo conversation

Referral Central

Referral Central brings Real’s agent-to-agent referrals into reZEN. Agents can find the best Real agent for a client’s needs based on production data and service areas, then send the referral agreement in a few clicks.

Agents can list their areas of expertise so colleagues who need help in a certain market or specialty can find them. Every referral sent and received through the platform can be tracked and confirmed in one place.

Referral Central is available to all Real agents starting at RISE.

Jenna Rozenblat, President of Real REMAX Group, explained why referrals got a tool of their own.

“Referrals are one of the most important ways agents can build their businesses while helping other agents in the Real network serve their clients, and Referral Central makes that process easier and more secure. Agents can find the best match for their client’s needs using actual production data and manage the referral agreement on the same platform. As we continue to build on the strength of the Real network, including through our recent acquisition of REMAX, we see significant opportunities to connect agents with more resources and ways to grow their businesses.”

Real supports more than 36,000 agents across the U.S. and Canada, and Real REMAX Group counts more than 180,000 agents worldwide.

Real says it’ll keep adding new AI agents to the Leo Pro library over time.

Agents who want a closer look at the platform can find details at Meet.HeyLeo.com.
