1. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a seat or registering for the AIMM 6-Week Live Webinar Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms govern the collection, use, and sharing of registrant information in connection with the Program.

2. Seat Purchase & Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. Seats are non-transferable without prior written approval from Systemology Agency. Systemology Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session or the full cohort due to circumstances beyond its control. If Systemology Agency cancels the Program, you will receive a credit toward a future cohort; no monetary refunds are guaranteed.

3. Live Attendance & Program Access The Program is delivered live across six sessions. You are responsible for your own internet connection and any software or accounts needed to participate and build alongside the cohort. Session recordings, if provided, are for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

4. Registrant Information & Communications By registering, you consent to receive Program-related communications from Systemology Agency and BAM. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing leo@systemology.agency. If a cohort directory is offered, your name and the profile information you choose to provide may be included for other members in the cohort; participation in any directory is optional.

5. Recording & Content Sessions may be recorded for replay and program delivery. By participating, you grant Systemology Agency and BAM the right to use your likeness, voice, and statements made during the Program in marketing, social media, and future program content without compensation or further consent. If you prefer not to appear on camera, keep your camera off during sessions.

6. Code of Conduct You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward the instructor and other members. Systemology Agency reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Confidentiality The Program includes proprietary systems, playbooks, and strategies shared by the instructor and fellow members. You agree not to record, redistribute, resell, or publicly disclose Program content or another member’s business information without express written consent of the owner.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership The AI systems you build inside your own business during the Program are yours to keep and use. The Program curriculum, build playbook, templates, and supporting materials remain the property of Systemology Agency and are licensed to you for your own use only. They may not be resold, repackaged, or taught to others.

9. No Guarantee of Results The Program provides tools, systems, and instruction. It does not guarantee any specific income, time savings, or business outcome. Results depend on your own effort, business, and implementation. Any figures referenced are illustrative and are not promises of earnings.

10. Limitation of Liability Systemology Agency’s liability to any participant is limited to the amount paid for the seat. Systemology Agency is not liable for software costs, third-party tool fees, or other expenses incurred in connection with the Program.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
