FHA Addresses FAQ on Seller-Paid Commissions

After NAR and the MBA sent a letter requesting clarification on seller-paid agent commissions, the FHA addressed the question. The FHA states that, under existing policy, real estate agent commissions or fees are not considered an interested party contribution (IPC).
