Up North in Calgary there is a real estate agent who should not be a real estate agent and his name is Brad McCallum. I’m not saying he’s not good at selling houses…because he is. I’m saying he is SO GOOD at making videos that he should be directing films in Hollywood instead of cracking open frozen lockboxes in Canada.
Before we get into his videos I would like to say I had the pleasure of meeting Brad at a Tom Ferry event in Dallas and he has an incredible head of hair. It actually pissed me off. I’m over here eating ten Propecias a day just to keep a little coverage and this guy walks in looking like this..
Anyway… at the “event” he showed a few of his listing videos and I was completely blown away. There are listing videos and there are listing videos. What you are about to watch… are LISTING VIDEOS.
If you are in the Calgary market and have to compete with this guy I truly feel sorry for you. Watch this video RIGHT NOW:
RIGHT!? This video is like a dream. Some listing videos try too hard to be creative and it ends up taking away from the point of the video: to market and sell the house. This video does not make that mistake. As “J-Bone” says in Wedding Crashers, it’s class class class. The French music, the cinematography, the pace, the atmosphere… it’s truly a work of art. Not only does it make you feel like you’re at the cocktail party, but it shows you every single angle of the house and presents it in a way that makes you want to buy it so you can throw this exact party. I wish I could have seen the seller’s reactions when Brad showed them this.
Side Note: After watching this no agent should ever say “perfect for entertaining” in their property description again unless they have a video like this to back it up.

Truly brilliant. The hook, the concept, everything. Where the hell does he find these singers? As far as I’m concerned Brad has set the bar for video marketing. Checkout to his entire YouTube Channel HERE to view all of his works of art.

Random Calgary Agent: “Yeah, so my team will create some cool brochures, shoot the house at twilight, bla bla bla…”
Then Brad comes in, flips his hair, opens his laptop, and presses play. Game over. What a legend.
